Over the 20+ years of my practice, I have composed presentations on various topics and given then to my clients as teaching tools. Now I have made some of those tools available to my on-line audience for a small fee.

According to a 2017 report published by the Harvard School of Medicine: Today, most medical schools in the United States teach less than 25 hours of nutrition over four years. In fact, less than 20 percent of medical schools have a single required course in nutrition.
